Justice Court records are public record. However, Justice Court does not have a public access terminal. There is a charge of $2.00 a year, per name, to perform the record search. Copies of records are charged at .25 per page and possibly postage if the request is to be mailed. Search fees are waived for government agencies as long as we receive the request on agency letterhead. Record searches are done as time permits.
