The Helena/ Lewis & Clark County Historic Preservation Commission  wishes to thank everyone associated with the 2009 History Fair. This successful event would not have been possible without the willingness of individuals, historical and cultural organizations and businesses to contribute their talents to the Fair. The actors, lecturers, demonstrators and re-enactors were superb and the array of historical materials and services were educational and entertaining. We especially thank our sponsors, the Park Plaza (Holiday Inn) hotel, Downtown Helena, the Placer and the Montana Living History Program. Thanks also to the Lewis & Clark County Historical Society for their space at the 58 N. LCG History Center and volunteer help and to the City of Helena, Lewis and Clark County, RMDC'S RSVP Program, Tom Mazanec’s  Boy Scout Troop no. 218, Home Depot, WalMart, Van's Thriftway, Ben Franklin Crafts, a-1 Party Plus Rentals and Sales, the Donut Hole, David Nielsen and all others who assisted us in some way.
