Please see the schedule for dates, times, and available dentists.  Numbers will be set out so patients can be seen on a first come first serve basis.  The door opens at 8:00 am. 

If you would like to see if you qualify for a discounted fee, please bring one of the following as proof of your household income:

• W-2 (from all jobs) in the last tax year from each working person  in your household.
• Federal tax return or Social Security statement
• 2 current paycheck stubs from each working person in your household
