Emergency Preparedness
1. Provides emergency preparedness awareness and education, including 72-hour kits at health fairs and other forums.
2. Collaborates with partners (LEPC, Red Cross, VA, St. Pete's, etc.) that provide services and to integrate community preparedness.
3. Provides presentations about pandemic influenza and 72-hour preparedness to community groups.
4. Facilitates volunteer opportunities at the Health Department both during regular operations and during emergencies.
