COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING

     

    SUBDIVISION REGULATION

    Subdivisions are regulated by State Statute and County Subdivision Regulations.
    In order to apply for a subdivision, a Pre-Application meeting is required. This meeting allows County Staff an opportunity to review the plans, answer questions and address concerns of the applicant.
    Pre-application meetings are scheduled through the Permits Office.
