FAQ's : Frequently Asked Questions
1. How will this impact me & my property?
If the District is created, the District Board Members would decide the course of action and determine how fees and assessments are to be applied, the County has no authority in this regard and the District Board would be responsible for their direction.
See the above link on "Becoming a District Board Member" for more information on how to get your name on the ballot.
2. Why are there so many unknowns at this time?
The creation of the District does not enforce any action, the creation incorporates the area as a County Water and Sewer District. The District is then subject to the statutes pertaining to the operation of the incorporation.
